Terms & Conditions


By participating and submitting work/s to the 2024 CordiSenyo Challenge, ​participant/s fully agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Any ​violations thereof may be grounds for disqualification. In this case, submitted ​entries will automatically be withdrawn from the competition.

  • It shall be understood that all resources required for the design, ​production of actual entries, submission of entries, and other related ​costs shall be borne by the participant/s, or may be shared between the ​participant/s and their partner creators/MSMEs, as may be agreed by ​both parties.
  • Ownership of designs and the right to reproduce, showcase, and sell ​outputs shall be solely agreed upon by the participant/s to this challenge ​and their chosen collaborator.
  • Future Use of Participants’ Names: Participant/s consent to the use of ​their names for future materials related to the Challenge. This allows the ​organizer to credit participants in future publications or materials ​associated with the challenge.
  • Use of Submitted Materials for Promotion: Participant/s allow and ​authorize the organizer to use, publish, or distribute submitted photos, ​texts, or videos for promotional purposes related to the challenge. This ​gives the organizer the right to utilize and recreate creative content to ​promote the challenge, subject to the Data Privacy Act.
  • Documentation of Entries for Promotional Activities: The organizer ​reserves the right to take photos of entries and publish them on any ​media platform for promotional activities. This includes the possibility of ​featuring participants' names alongside their entries, subject to the Data ​Privacy Act.
  • Declaration of Originality: Participant/s affirm and confirm that their ​submitted works are original and do not violate or infringe upon any ​copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. This ensures that ​all submissions are the original creations of the participants. Any ​violation thereof or should it be proved otherwise, shall be a ground ​for disqualification of the participant and shall hold the Organizer free ​from any liability to the original owner of the work.
  • Accuracy of Submitted Information: Participant/s declare that all ​information provided in their submissions is true and correct. If the ​submission involves collaborative works, participants attest that they ​have obtained consent from all relevant partners.
  • Release of Liability: Participant/s agree that the organizer shall be held ​free from any accountability for any disagreements or legal issues that ​may arise from their submission.
